Dr. Shripal Mohan Sabnis (AGE: 74 Years & 7 months), native of Pune, Maharashtra, India. He is a renowned Marati Author, Critic and Thinker, former President of the Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan, who wrote 507 prefaces in 507 books which are written by other authors from all castes, religions, cultures, Maharashtra State and other regions. He has organized 1648 programs in 9 years and has authored 76 books. Dr. Shripal Mohan Sabnis is the recipient of 500 souvenirs from various eminent personalities. In recognition of his remarkable achievements and also for being the executive chairman of the 89th Sahitya Sammelan, Dr. P. D. Patil presented him with a gold medal weighing 75 grams on the occasion of his 75th birthday.
