FIRST MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (A GOVT. OF MAHARASHTRA UNDERTAKING) EMPLOYEE TO CLIMB MOUNT KILIMANJARO

Ambadas Gautam Gaikwad (Born 04/06/1981), native of Solapur, Maharashtra, India. He is presently working at Office of the Superintending Engineer, MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (AURANGABAD). He has successfully climbed the Mt. Kilimanjaro on 26 January 2021, and thus became the First employee from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation to achieve this World Record. This was done to commemorate the Republic Day on the Highest Peak of Africa. Ambadas Gaikwad sung the Indian National Anthem and read Indian Constitution preamble on top of Kilimanjaro. This expedition was organized by one of the top Adventure tour Company – 360 Explorer LLP. He was appreciated by Dr.P. Albalgan, IAS, CEO MIDC, WTC BUILDING, MUMBAI. This is first World Record achieved by MIDC since 59 years.
