Bhushan Gagrani – IAS, Principal Secretary (1), Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralay, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, has been appreciated for supporting & encouraging Ambadas Gaikwad (working @ Office of the Superintending Engineer, at M.I.D.C, AURANGABAD), to successfully summit Mt. Elbrus and to celebrate the 75th India’s Independence Day & Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Varsh, on the highest peak of European Continent and Russia i.e. Mt. Elbrus, which made him to achieve the World Record.
