Dr. Mihir Kumar Panda(Born on 27 May 1967), native of Balasore, Odisha, India. He is the founder & co ordinator General of “SROSTI”. He has made more than 10,000 innovations which includes teaching aids & innovations construction in education and societal implementation since last 10 years. This was done to inculcate the habit of learning by doing to people as this will build more practical knowledge and give birth to new innovations. His innovations are helping many people to understand the concept quickly and sustainable.
