The non-stop 24 hours Indian classical dance marathon, featuring nearly 400 dancers from all over India, performed Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Manipuri, Mohiniattam and Kuchipudi to the sacred verses of
Thiruvasagam on the occasion of Maha Shivratri. This was organised by Ms.R.M.Sri Amsni Mahadevan, Director, Sri Kalakendira Arts and Cultural Academy, Madurai, Tamilnadu and Tamil Isai Sangam, Madurai, Tamilnadu from February 26, 2025, 4pm to February 27, 2025, 4pm at Raja Muthiah Mandram, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, to bring back Thiruvasagam in dance forms.
