The record for the Largest Multi-Venue Thirukkural Recitation was achieved by 1,330 participants across ten cities in different US states, demonstrating high talent and ability for a social awareness cause. The event was organized and supervised by Semmozhi Mala Gopal, Founder & President of the Kural Koodal Semmozhi Foundation, USA, and took place between April 6, 2025, and October 4, 2025. The participants, spanning all age groups, successfully recited the 1,330 couplets (kurals) of the Thirukkural-the great work of Tamil literature by sage Thiruvalluvar-earning them entry into the High Range World Records.
