Martial arts motivator, practitioner and social worker.

• First woman to create most martial arts world records in India.
• She holds 80 world records in martial arts, fitness and social work, including 18 Guinness World Records.
• 70 world records in speed strike and kick in martial arts including 15 Guinness World Records.
•  Promoting Martial Arts for fitness, self-defense and sports.
•  Black belt 3rd Dan and Krav Maga instructor.
•  She has been working Differently Abled, Veer Naris, families of martyrs, defense personnel etc.
•  Along with her husband Col Sunil Uniyal(retd), she had co-authored the First Ever book for parents of Differently Abled Children, Empowering Divyanjans: A Compendium of Benefits & Facilities for Differently Abled Children of the Armed Forces for AWWA.
