Pallab Goswami (Age: 21 Years ), S/o Pranab Kumar Goswami, native of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India. He was able to blow whistle for the tune of Indian National Anthem for a duration of just 40 Seconds on 10th September 2021 and thus created a new World Record as “fastest time taken to whistle the Indian National Anthem”. He dedicated this achievement to his parents for supporting him and also to the Country.
